Lenovo Legion Pro/Duel Phone Battery Charge Test

hi it's john from android addicts and today we're doing a battery charge test for the lenovo legion phone now this comes with a dual port 90 watt charge out of the box now the version 9 i've got here is the 12 gig with 128 gigs of storage. So potentially this only actually supports 65 watt fast charging and it's the higher 512 gig with 16 gigs of ram that supports the 90 watts but we're going to see what happens anyway we've got the watt meter over there and we're just going to monitor how long it takes to go from naught to 100.

So we're going to plug in with the original usb cables here that came in the box a bit of a nest of cables but we'll attach that okay. So the phone is now all cabled up and ready to go.

So we are five minutes in. So let's just check the current charge and we're at 19.

So we'll give it another five minutes and we'll check on the status and see how we get on right we're 10 minutes in now. So what are we at we're at 40.

it's just peaking just over 61 watts as well. So it's going slightly quicker than it was initially let's hope it continues that way okay we're 15 minutes in and the wattage has dropped down slightly now we've dropped about 10 watts but 61.

So we'll just see whether it continues to drop steadily as it gets uh you know close to being fully charged okay we're 20 minutes in now and we have reached 78. So we're not too far off now uh it has dropped again by about seven or eight watts.

So we're getting very close now just a few more minutes i reckon and we should be at 100 i'll keep checking every minute or. So just in case it reaches there before the next check comes in okay that's the half hour and we're at 98 percent.

So we'll know exactly between now and when it reaches 100 when that actually happens okay it's just hit 100 i just saw it stop flashing. So i'd say that's about 31 and a half minutes and yeah that's uh not bad at all for a 5000mah battery.

So yeah i'm really quite impressed with this lenovo legion phone it seems to be tough it's class in in many aspects i'm going to put a graph on the screen and we can just have a quick look at how the charging cycle went. So as you can see for the first 20 minutes or.

So yeah it's a really great charger. So obviously the 90 watts on the highest spec model would be even quicker still.
